We're delighted to share some exciting news about a new addition to our Luxury Lets North East portfolio: Church View!
Located in the charming village of Lanchester, this impressive three-bedroom holiday home is undergoing a full renovation and will soon be ready to welcome guests. With three bedrooms, the property will comfortably sleep six people, and we're pleased to confirm that it will also be dog-friendly. We have a clear vision for this property, blending period features with luxurious modern comforts to create a perfect home away from home. While we can’t share the finished look just yet, we’re so excited by the progress, with the team working hard on the finishing touches to bring our inspiration to life.
Church View has been designed for ultimate relaxation and comfort. The lounge will feature a media wall, creating a cosy spot for unwinding with a film or enjoying a board game evening. The heart of the home is a luxurious open-plan kitchen and diner, complete with a central island and a stunning range cooker—perfect for those who love to cook and entertain. Patio doors will lead out to a small, private courtyard, offering a tranquil space for a morning coffee or an evening drink. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a convenient WC.
Upstairs, the luxury continues. The main bathroom will boast a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower, complete with luxury toiletries, providing a spa-like experience. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, along with two comfortable double bedrooms. Every detail has been curated for a lavish and memorable stay with family or friends.
