Booking Procedure
All bookings to be made via Airbnb.For special requests or longer stays, please email: jennifer.hartburn@hotmail.co.uk.Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Check-In / Arrival
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.Keys will be placed in a lockbox at the property.Lockbox codes will be emailed to you on your check-in date.
Check-Out / Departure
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.Please return the keys to the lockbox upon departure.On leaving, kindly empty the fridge and freezer of all food items and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided at the property. Strip all beds and place used linen in the bathroom.
Accommodation
Your accommodation is fully prepared for your arrival with made-up beds.Towels, shower gel, complimentary bubble bath, and soap will be provided.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties.We accept no liability for personal belongings. Items left behind will be kept for up to 14 days (if non-perishable), after which they will be disposed of or donated to charity.
Damages
Please report any damage, breakages, or issues to jennifer.hartburn@hotmail.co.uk before your departure.Charges may apply for unreasonable damage or missing items and will be charged to the lead booker’s account.Excessively dirty or misused items may also incur additional fees, as determined by management.
Wireless Internet Access
Free wireless internet is provided. No specific security or filtering measures are in place; parental supervision is advised for children.We reserve the right to disclose your details to our internet service provider if unlawful activity or illegal downloads are detected.
Dogs Policy
Dogs are welcome with an additional charge of £20 per stay, covering extra cleaning. All dog fouling must be cleaned up and disposed of in the nearest bin. Dogs on the property that are not registered and booked may incur the relevant fees.
